The 1st Shanghai-Hong Kong Commercial Mediation Forum
Our Partner Mr. Lester Huang delivered a speech at the 1st Shanghai-Hong Kong Commercial Mediation Forum in Shanghai on 3rd March 2012. The forum mainly focused on the options and possibilities of mediation between Hong Kong and Shanghai. The Forum was divided into two sessions namely: Characteristics and Demands of Commercial Mediation as well as Rules and Applications of Commercial Mediation. As a Past President of the Law Society of Hong Kong, Mr. Huang spoke about how solicitors can contribute to international mediation, and participated in the concluding panel discussion in which issues relating to mediating cross border disputes were considered.
