Welcome to Mr. Liu Jianjun & Mr. Guo Xin from Zhonglun W&D Law Firm becoming part of our PCW family
P. C. Woo & Co. is honored to be in an MOJ approved Association with ZhongLun W&D Law Firm. As such, we have invited two lawyers from Zhonglun W&D Law Firm to work as foreign legal consultants in our firm. We would like to extend our welcome and hospitality to Mr. Liu Jianjun (劉健君律師) and Mr. Guo Xin (國新律師), who are respectively, the partner and senior associate of ZhongLun W&D Law Firm.
Mr. Liu obtained his LL.M in both Washington University and Peking University, and has been the partner of the Zhonglun W&D Law Firm since 2007. His main area of practices includes enterprises legal counseling, foreign direct investment, project finance and M&A. Mr. Guo obtained his Master of Art degree in Shandong University, and has been the senior associate of the Zhonglun W&D Law Firm since 2007. His key area of practices includes finance, M&A, real estate and foreign investment.
Mr. Liu and Mr. Guo have started work in our commercial & corporate department. Once again, we take this opportunity to welcome them to join our P. C. Woo & Co. family!
