Foshan Lawyers Association RealEstate Committee Visit to the Firm
On 10th August 2012, Ms. Yang Xiao-qing, Chairperson of the Foshan Lawyers Association Real Estate Committee visited our firm together with other members of the Committee. Ms. Emily Lam, Managing Partner of our Property Department, as well as partners and associates of the Department welcomed and had a meeting with them. There was a brief discussion on the current Hong Kong property market, the role and duty of lawyers in a property transaction, and how cooperation between property lawyers in Hong Kong and the Mainland could be enhanced.
