The 25th Anniversary Celebration & Annual General Meeting 2007 of IAPL in Hong Kong
The International Association of Practising Lawyers (IAPL) was established in 1982 and is based in Switzerland. The IAPL has selected Hong Kong as the venue for its 25th anniversary annual conference and annual general meeting, 11-13 October 2007. This whole celebration programme was organized by P. C. Woo & Co., which included a Hong Kong 1-day sightseeing tour, some official visits, a seminar "Doing Business in Europe and in Hong Kong", a welcome dinner hosted by P.C. Woo & Co. , the board meeting & AGM and the 25th anniversary celebration dinner.
In the welcome dinner on 12 October 2007, it was really a time of "the East meets the West" get-together fellowship dinner with sumptuous Shanghai food, laughter in games and also singing performances by our partners and staff.
In the 25th anniversary celebration dinner on 13 October 2007. Again, there were more fun and laughter with games and a wonderful Chinese musical performance by the students of The Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts. The dinner was ended by all singing "Auld Lang Syne" leaving with sweet memories of this 25th Celebration in Hong Kong and our precious friendship.
