Ms. Ho has 16 years of post-qualification experience including 4 years as a registered investment adviser in an investment bank where Ms. Ho has acted as sponsor for both local and H-share listings, financial advisers and independent financial advisers for numerous restructuring and fundraising transactions. She joined the firm as a partner in 2005. Ms. Ho holds an investment advisory licence eligible to advise on corporate finance and takeovers transations.
