Ms. Wan's major areas of practice include corporate finance and commercial legal affairs involving initial public offerings, share placements, rights issues, open offers, issue of convertible securities, notifiable and connected transactions, takeovers of interests in public companies, listing rules compliance and advice, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders arrangements, investments involving People's Republic of China entities and business, and commercial contracts.
Ms. Wan has extensive experience in advising companies on corporate governance and compliance issues; and handling compliance work with respect to the relevant and applicable laws of Hong Kong.
