Miss Chang is a HK qualified solicitor with more than ten years’ experience working in corporate finance and corporate/commercial law in Hong Kong. As well as gaining expertise representing issuers, underwriters and sponsors, her previous clients include the People’s Republic of China, both state-owned and private enterprise. Miss Chang specializes in dealing with securities and corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and a full range of regulatory compliance, including listings on the Stock exchange of Hong Kong, corporate re-structuring, public offerings, rights issue, private placements, joint ventures, and direct investment in the PRC as well as debt restructuring.
