Practice Areas
Mr. Lo specializes in China practice area and has extensive experience in merger and acquisition transactions involving China elements. His experience includes advising clients in merger and acquisition deals, conducting legal due diligence, restructuring corporate structures, preparing sale and purchase agreements of companies and assets, subscription agreements, joint venture agreements and other forms of legal documentations, both in Chinese and in English.
Mr. Lo also has experience in working with private equity funds to invest in and to acquire projects and/or properties in China which also involves obtaining approval from relevant governmental bodies and regulatory bodies in China.
Apart from China practice, Mr. Lo has also been providing legal services to clients in relation to internet and ecommerce, issue of pre-paid cards and settlement and clearance of funds.
Mr. Lo has also dedicated much of his time in developing the firm’s African practice. He assists African clients to start investments in China and Hong Kong and Asia clients to step into Africa. Mr. Lo has developed a network of associate African lawyers which will definitely be an advantage in facilitating client’s needs
