Mr. Tang was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2013. He joined our Commercial & Corporate Department in 2014. He has experience in advising on corporate finance matters including initial public offerings and regulatory and compliance issues. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
