Ms. Lam is an Accredited Mediator (General & Family) of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an arbitrator of the Nanjing Arbitration Commission.

Practice Areas

Ms. Lam has extensive experience as a property lawyer. Her experience includes sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, acting for major developers in building projects, advising on and handling joint ventures in property development and acting for government bodies, charitable and religious organisations in acquisitions and sales of properties.

Ms. Lam also handles property transactions in various government and quasi-government housing schemes. Her work also includes formation of companies, charitable organisations and trusts, handling security documentation including mortgages on PRC properties and also the acquisition of companies and preparation of wills.

Being one of the first Hong Kong lawyers to become a PRC Lawyer, Ms. Lam has dedicated much of her time in developing the Firm's China Practice. She has assisted local and overseas clients in making investments and setting up business in China. Through the Firm's services, PRC enterprises have successfully established subsidiaries in Hong Kong and obtained funds through listings, bank finance and joint ventures. Ms. Lam has over the years developed a network of associate PRC lawyers from almost every major city in China, which will definitely be an advantage in facilitating clients' needs.
