Miss Lo’s major areas of practice include corporate finance and commercial legal matters involving initial public offerings, share placements, rights issues, open offers, issue of convertible securities, notifiable and connected transactions, takeovers of interests in public companies, listing rules compliance and advice, securities laws, mainland and overseas cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders arrangements, investments involving People's Republic of China entities and businesses, and commercial contracts.

Miss Lo has extensive experience in advising business setups on commercial matters of various natures and also on corporate governance and compliance issues.
