Practice Areas
Mr. Tang has acquired considerable experience in both civil and criminal litigation practice. His experience includes multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes involving shareholders, debt recovery, sale of goods, joint ventures, injunction proceedings, receivership, liquidation, intellectual property disputes, judicial review, fraud, private and public sector corruption and appeal to the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal in respect of both criminal and civil cases.
Mr. Tang has also significant involvement in the prosecution of offences under Statutory Bylaws, defamation related litigation and handling professional indemnity and medical malpractice claims. He is also actively involved in contentious probate actions representing executors as well as beneficiaries.
Moreover, Mr. Tang advises and represents clients in investigation and actions by the Securities and Futures Commission. He has been involved in PRC related arbitration and litigation proceedings both inside and outside China. Mr. Tang also advises companies, schools and clubs on employment, equal opportunities and discrimination related matters.
