Ms. Tang is experienced in a wide range of commercial litigation, including shareholders disputes, directors’ breach of their fiduciary duties, misrepresentation, fraud and asset tracing.
Ms. Tang also has extensive insurance experience, particularly in relation to the defence of professional negligence claims and advising on coverage issues. She was a panel solicitor for Medical Protection Society for nearly 5 years, and has represented doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals in Medical/Dental Council disciplinary proceedings as well as in clinical negligence claims. She has been a panel solicitor for the Law Society of Hong Kong: Professional Indemnity Scheme for approximately 6 years, and has defended both local and international law firms in various claims.
Ms. Tang is fluent in English and Cantonese.
