Mr. Suen was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2017 and in England and Wales in 2022. He joined P C Woo & Co in 2021 and is now working in our Litigation Department. He acts for the Department of Justice as FIAT prosecutor in criminal cases. Mr. Suen appears for clients in different level of courts.
