Ms. Fung has vast experience in mortgage enforcement actions for more than 10 years such that she has had first hand knowledge on how to deal with end-to-end aspects thereof including:-
Ms. Fung’s clients include banking institutions big and small, as well as other forms of licensed money lenders, giving her a broad and complete perspective of the money lending industry such that she is not only familiar in dealing with structured mortgage instruments, but also exposure to different types of collateral documents including loan agreements pursuant to the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme of HKMC Insurance Limited.
